Every Vetted Fav™ is required to carry Errors & Omissions insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 in coverage.
Annual NNA Background Screening
Notaries must maintain a current annual background screening through the National Notary Association.
Credential Verification
Current notary commissions, identification, E&O coverage, background screening, and required credentials are verified during onboarding.
Monthly Fidelity Eligibility Checks
We conduct monthly checks against Fidelity's ineligible notary list to ensure restricted notaries are never assigned to our clients.
